Charge Backs: 4theUK Ltd does not allow charge backs to occur to its merchant accounts and contracts with VISA/ MASTERCARD International, American Express and its Discover Financial services. It is not recommended to initiate a charge back hence customer agreed to the billing policies (this document) and the terms and conditions as outlined in this document and 4theUK Ltd will use this document and customers agreement at the time of the order to wholeheartedly fight a charge back and/ dispute.
If the customer has supplied a valid reason for a refund, 4theUK Ltd will gladly apply this refund only if the requirements specified above are met.
Any dispute/ charge back attempts will immediately result in listing removal or service suspension and another charge will be incurred. Any customer, who provides a credit card charge back in response to a bill and/or order placed at any 4theUK Ltd site , will be subject to collections and legal action.
Charge backs are never an acceptable means of attaining a refund. By ordering services from us you are bound by these terms and conditions and must follow and agree to them. The following amounts will be applied for all charge backs: £25.00 Charge back processing fee, £100 penalty for charge back usage. In addition if collections action is required a 22% collections fee will be assessed as well for the total amount.

A range of 3rd party telephone numbers are shown on our sites to allow booking or enquiries. The cost of calling these numbers will vary depending on the type of number and how you are calling it e.g. landline or mobile
- 0800 numbers are generally free from a landline
- 084 numbers are charged up to 5p per minute from a landline
- 087 numbers are charged at up to 10p per minute from a landline
- 07 numbers are mobile numbers
- 09 are premium rate numbers and can be very very expensive
- 01,02 & 03 are normal telephone numbers
